SESSION INFORMATION
We specialize in tailored “Duo” sessions with a maximum of four participants per Mat session, or two for Reformer sessions. You can book as a group of friends or family, or be paired with another participant. We also offer one-on-one sessions for those seeking personalized attention (Mat/Reformer).
To secure your preferred date and time, please book on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to enhancing your Pilates experience!
